    Let’s move, jump, dance, go for a walk, take the stairs! There are so many fun ways for our children to get the exercise they need to stay healthy. Children and teens should exercise at least 5 days a week. It is best to start at 20- 30 minutes each day. Add more time as the child gets used to it.
