Important Pharmacy Update: 


Getting Mail-Order and Specialty Drugs at Retail Pharmacies

Starting now, you can get any drugs you get through our specialty or mail-order pharmacy at a retail pharmacy that is in our CVS Caremark Pharmacy Network.  These include many drugs used for certain illnesses such as cancer or multiple sclerosis.  If you want to keep getting your drugs through our specialty or mail-order pharmacy you can, no change is needed. If you want to change to a new pharmacy, you will need a new prescription from your doctor. However, you will only be allowed to do this if the retail pharmacy agrees to our payment for the drug.

Important Lab Update: 


LabCorp will be Affinity Health Plan’s Exclusive Outpatient & Specialty Lab Provider Effective 9/1/12! All other outpatient labs, (e.g., Quest Diagnostics, Bio Reference Laboratories, Shiel Medical Laboratory, and all other regional labs), will be terminated and claims will be denied after 9/1/12.
