Helpful Service Organizations

We always encourage you to call your personal doctor if you have questions or concerns about your health. Other organizations are available, however, to help you and your friends, especially with issues related to sex and sexual behavior. Some of those organizations are listed below:
Reproductive Health Services
 
• Planned Parenthood
 
Planned Parenthood provides reproductive health services, including birth control, pregnancy testing, counseling, and referral.
Sexually Transmitted Desease Control Programs
 
• New York City
• Outside of New York City
 
The Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) Control Programs provide examinations and treatment for STDs. Teenagers do NOT need consent from their parents to get services from this Program.
