We believe that we can best serve our Members needs by reaching out to build strong relationships with them. Our Member Services Department begins building those relationships by contacting each new Member with a "Welcome Call" soon after they enroll. During this call, we explain their Health Plan benefits, confirm information we have on each Member, and help Members select a PCP, if they have not done so already. The Welcome Call is also a great time for new Members to ask questions and get to know one of our Member Services Coordinators. |
