Affinity Health Plan is dedicated to improving the health of our Members through the delivery of comprehensive, coordinated, efficient and accessible health care services that achieve desired health outcomes. We believe that managed care can enhance the access to and quality of care for underserved health care consumers.

The creation of community healing for those most in need cannot be accomplished alone.
