Who can join our Sunrise Program?

Peope who qualify for assistance from The September 11th Fund because they...

• live in New York City, or in Nassau, Orange, Rockland, Suffolk or Westchester county;
• worked in Lower Manhattan as of September 11, 2001;
• lost employment or suffered a reduction in employment as a result of the World Trade Center attack; and
• do not have health insurance.

How much does Sunrise Program membership cost?

Members do not have to pay any portion of the monthly premium...The September 11th Fund pays the premium. Members do, however, pay minor co-payments for professional visits and prescriptions.

What services are covered by the Sunrise Program?
