• Collaborations

  • Collaborate with us and support the community.

We know that we cannot achieve our mission by acting alone. It is important for Affinity to work with other organizations that share our goals. We are continuing to build strong partnerships with community health centers, local leaders, faith-based groups, schools and area businesses. Our strong network of doctors, community partners, neighborhood centers and a dedicated staff who speaks your language put us in a good place to care for you and your community like no one else.

You may come to Affinity in many ways: as a Member, doctor, staff member, vendor or partner. Affinity invites you to become a part of our unique and growing community.

    Our Collaborators

Affinity is an active participant in the communities we serve. Each year, Affinity collaborates with community-based organizations, houses of worship, municipalities and other like-minded organizations to bring quality experiences and programs to New Yorkers.

To explore collaboration opportunities, get involved with an Affinity event, or if you have an event you would like us to support, please contact community engagement.
